Alexa Nikolas is an American actress, born on April 4, 1992 in Chicago, Illinois. With her mother being Greek and her father from New Zealand, Alexa inherited the best from both of them, so with an exotic beauty and a childish look, there is no wonder that she became one of America’s sweethearts at an early age.

Throughout the years, Alexa Nikolas had several minor roles, in movies like P.U.N.K.S. (1999), Zoolander (2001) and Ted Bundy (2002). She also starred in the television series Hidden Hills, in 2002, where she played Emily Barber for 17 episodes. Revelations was another TV show she appeared in, in 2005, before hitting the jackpot – the leading role in the television show Zoey 101. Her performance gained her the 2006 and 2007 Best Young Performance in a TV Series Award, which was a huge deal for her. Unfortunately, Alexa only lasted for two seasons, and then she left the show due to the problems that Jamie Lynn Spears was causing her on the set. However, Alexa Nikolas was already a star, competing against other young female artists like Vanessa Hudgens, Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez. Unlike them, Alexa stayed out of trouble and she is still famous today, not only due to her charisma and her amazing smile, but also thanks to her serenity and calm, which helped her advance her career.

Alexa Nikolas is no doubt one of those persons who manage to stay on track even when she is constantly under the spotlight and everyone’s expectations are so high. She is ambitious and she does not give up, so even after the disappointment caused by Zoey 101, she moved on. Since then, Alexa Nikolas made guest appearances in ER, Judging Amy, Cold Case, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, CSI: Miami, Ghost Whisperer, Supernatural, Heroes, Drop Dead Diva, Criminal Minds, Lie to Me and Family Guy. Alexa Nikolas is a promising actress and most likely, 2011 will be one of the determining years in her career. She is involved in three movies and we are looking forward to seeing her performance.
